Net neutrality (net Equity) means every can access any sites without paying more charge and same speed.
The idea of net neutrality is that your ISP should treat you equally for all content you visit online. it means Your ISP should not privilege you to view some website at fast speed and some at low as well it can not block any content which a user want to visit. E.g. If you visiting Youtube or if you are visiting normal site e.g. Yahoo, your ISP should treat you equally.
It should not be like this:
This diagram is showing that for Google and youtube, your ISP is providing you more speed and for yahoo and flicker, its diverting traffic and making speed slow

Advantage of APPLYING NET NEUTRALITY
Net neutrality means a user can access any webpage or any site either its youtube or google, watsapp or Facebook without paying extra charges and with similar speed.
for example: when a user visit youtube, usually he pays more data rather than if he visits any other site, his data consumption is less. So it should be fare deal. By applying net neutrality, no one can charge extra data and can not make traffic on the particular site.
